FACTS YOU NEED TO KNOW:
all shows are at the Sydney Laurence Theatre of the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts
show times are either 10am or 11.45am; check your selection; running times are 80 minutes maximum.
ATY only arranges buses for the $8 Early Bird or the $10 Late Bird tickets only until 15 days prior to show time and pending availability. There can be NO REFUNDS.
Early Bird $6 tickets are available until 35 days prior to show time; Late Bird $8 tickets are available from 34 days until show time; check the show schedule to see the cut-off dates. All tickets are flat-rated.
Payment in Full due at performance. Seats are only reserved when ATY receives your non-refundable 10% deposit on your total outstanding balance. Methods of payment: check to “ATY”, cash, Visa/MC, PayPal online at http://school.alaskatheatreofyouth.org
REFUNDS: (a) no refunds on your deposit; (b) no refunds when ATY arranges buses; ( c) no full payment refunds when canceling reservation between 34 days and show-time (SEE cut-off dates per show); (d) ATY will refund for unused seats at school show check-in bureau when your school checks-in.
